NEUROFEEDBACK FOR PEAK
PERFORMANCE
Multiple studies have shown that performance in many areas
can be increased with neurofeedback. Neurofeedback has been
used by olympic athleters to help increase their athletic
performance. Stuies with children have shown that academic
performance, test scores, and IQ scores increase with
neurofeedback training.
Dr John Gruzelier performed studies with music conservatory
students. These students received sessions of a type of
training called Alpha/Theta neurofeedback. Students who
received the training were rated as having improved their
skills by 12% to 17%.
